In a statement, the Lisbon Metropolitan Command (Cometlis) of the PSP explains that due to the concert, there will be traffic restrictions on several roads, as well as restrictions on parking.
Regarding parking, the PSP indicates that reservations will be required on Avenida Machado Santos (from 8:00 pm on Thursday until 4:00 pm on Sunday), at Impasse à Rua João de Freitas Branco (from 4:00 pm on Friday until midnight on Saturday) and at Praça Cosme Damião/Parque da EMEL (from 8:00 pm on Thursday until 4:00 pm on Sunday).
The PSP also says that the Calema concert will also require “sequential implementation of several traffic restrictions”.
The restrictions will be in place on Avenida Machado Santos and the adjacent streets, Avenida Eusébio da Silva Ferreira, at Impasse à Rua João de Freitas Branco, Praça Cosme Damião and Avenida do Colégio Militar.
On Avenida Machado Santos, the restrictions will occur between 8:00 am on Friday and 2:00 am on Sunday, while on the converging streets, there will be traffic closures from 12:00 pm on Saturday until 2:00 am on Sunday.
On Avenida Eusébio da Silva Ferreira (access to Parque-3 and Avenida do Colégio Militar), there will be “severe restrictions from 12:00 pm on Saturday, and traffic may be closed before the end of the concert until 2:00 am” on Sunday.

In turn, on Avenida do Colégio Militar (between Rua Galileu Galilei and Avenida Condes de Carnide), traffic is expected to be blocked before the end of the concert until the public has fully flowed in.
Public transport “will also be severely restricted”.
The PSP advises the use of public transport, avoiding vehicles being taken to the vicinity of Estádio da Luz.
“If using your own vehicles, follow the instructions of the Police and consequently park in guarded parking lots designated for this purpose”, also indicates the PSP.
The official opening time for the doors to the public is scheduled for 5:00 pm on Saturday, June 7th.
