“Over the course of eight weeks, the Olhão Markets will explore the authentic flavours of Olhão, celebrating its most typical dishes through live cooking demonstrations, with a tasting at the end”.

“Each presentation, which is open to all, will be dedicated to a traditional dish, where participants will be able to learn cooking techniques from prestigious chefs, and taste local delicacies prepared with the best ingredients from the region”, they added.
