In a video posted on Instagram, the former Portuguese Prime Minister shows the moment he gives Trump a Portuguese national team shirt, with the number 7 and Cristiano Ronaldo's name on the back.
The shirt is signed by the Portuguese player, who also left a message for the leader of the White House. "For President Donald J. Trump. Playing for peace," he wrote.
The meeting between the two leaders took place on the sidelines of the G7 summit, which has been taking place in Canada since Sunday.
I doubt that Trump even knows who Ronaldo is, nor does he understand futebol. While it is a nice jester on the part of Portugal and includes a message of peace, it falls on Trump´s deaf ears.

You shouldn't reward liars, convicted sex offenders and fraudsters with any gifts!

trump is a despicable piece of trash.
He does not deserve this or any other gift from beautiful Portugal.
I say this as an expat from the US.
It is my privilege living in this incredible country.

A vile and disgusting man should not get this honor. Trump is a rapist, a convicted felon, a grifter, and is causing the US and the world great pain. Trump should not be normalize, He has secrets police picking people off the streets and sending them to foreign gulags. Do not honor this creature. As an American immigrant I am ashamed of many in the US.
