The alert applies to all citizens and those involved in legal proceedings, whether parties, representatives, witnesses, or others, the Ministry of Justice emphasized in a statement.

"These messages do not originate from the Ministry of Justice's official systems and should be considered attempted fraud," it stated.

The Institute of Financial Management and Justice Equipment (IGFEJ), as the entity responsible for the management and security of the Justice information systems, "immediately identified the incident and issued alerts to court users and the Bar Association, reinforcing vigilance regarding this type of communication."

The Ministry of Justice urged all recipients of this type of message not to access suspicious links or attachments, to “carefully check the sender of the messages,” and to “immediately report any suspicious communication to the IGFEJ or the competent authorities.”
