The NOS Tavira cinema, located in Tavira Plaza Shopping Centre, has permanently closed, according to a spokesperson for the venue.

Algarve Shopping in Guia has also confirmed the permanent closure of their cinema. Meanwhile, the cinemas in Portimão (Algarcine), Lagos (Lagoshopping), Loulé (NOS Mar Shopping) and Faro (Forum Algarve) remain open.
