The sale, which is open to the public, runs until September 30, 2025, and offers multiple development options, including housing or tourist units.
According to a report by idealista, Leilosoc Worldwide is organising the auction, and any interested investor can participate by registering on the Leilosoc.com platform. "The auction offers a restaurant, offices/shops, and a conference room with potential for conversion into housing, allowing investors to explore different valuation strategies," LEILOSOC said in a statement.
The statement adds that the restaurant, with a gross private area of 1,519 square meters (m2), can be converted into high-end tourist or residential apartments, while the offices/retail spaces, measuring 96 m2 and 176 m2, are versatile and adaptable to studios or resort support villas. The 503 m2 conference rooms are equipped for events but can also be converted into modern residential units or tourist accommodations.
The company also adds that Boca Rio Resort's strategic location, situated between the Arade River and the Atlantic, just minutes from beaches, golf courses, and the cities of Lagoa and Portimão, offers potential for high-quality tourist and residential investment.
The auction represents an opportunity for investors interested in premium assets in the Algarve, in a segment characterised by the search for properties with the capacity to adapt to different uses and by appreciation in the luxury real estate market.
