The parliament's budget proposal for next year, among other data, presents a projected expenditure increase of 0.8% (an additional €9,941,000) compared to the adjusted 2025 Budget, excluding subsidies to parties and election campaigns.

Likewise, this amount excludes transfers to autonomous entities.

On the other hand, there is a 2.9% increase (an additional €745,000) in the overall expenditure of autonomous entities compared to the revised 2025 Budget.

"The Board of Directors of the Assembly of the Republic approved the maintenance of rigorous and objective criteria," reads the introduction to the Budget proposal.
