Portugal's final training session before the match against the Irish is scheduled for 6pm at the Cidade do Futebol in Oeiras, with the first 15 minutes open to the media. Beforehand, at 5pm, coach Roberto Martínez and a player to be named will preview the third-round match in a press conference.

Since the start of the training camp on Tuesday, Martínez has had all 25 players called up, at least for the start of training, a period open to the media.

The Portugal-Ireland match is scheduled for 7:45 pm on Saturday at the José Alvalade Stadium in Lisbon, with Slovakian Ivan Kruzliak officiating.

Three days later, on October 14, also at Alvalade and also at 7:45 pm, the national team faces Hungary.

The Portuguese team leads Group F with six points, three more than Armenia, while Hungary and Ireland have only one point, as a result of their draw.
