The deal, signed in December 2024 and under review by competition authorities for much of 2025, has now formally ended - leaving Kyero free to pursue its own strategic path once again.

“For much of the past year, we’ve had to operate under tight restrictions while the competition authorities conducted their reviews,” said Louise Dell, Co-Founder of Kyero.

“We couldn’t move as quickly or creatively as we’re used to - and that was hard for a company that’s built on agility. Now that we’re fully independent again, we’ve wasted no time in getting back to what we do best: building smarter tools that help agents connect with international buyers.”

“This experience has made us stronger,” added Martin Dell, Co-Founder of Kyero. “We’ve re-energised the business, refocused our product roadmap, and recommitted to being the independent, agent-first portal for international buyers in Southern Europe.”
