The event, which will take place at the Paços do Concelho Séc. XXI Auditorium at 3 pm arises from the need to support local employers in understanding the complex legal framework applicable to foreign citizens, thereby promoting a more informed and responsible labour integration.

The session is held in partnership with ACT – Authority for Working Conditions (Portimão Local Centre) and is intended for business owners, human resources managers, and technicians from various sectors of activity.

The central objective is to reinforce knowledge about the rights and duties of both parties, addressing regularisation procedures and best practices that guarantee compliance with legal obligations and security in hiring processes.

Participation in the initiative is free, although prior registration via an online form is required.

The session will feature experts from ACT and CLAIM Lagos to directly answer practical questions from participants, consolidating this activity as a strategic pillar in the plan to support migrants and the region's business sector for 2026.
