Organised by the Juba Youth Democratic Forum, they collect, sort and upcycle plastic into usable products. The effort has helped remove tonnes of trash from communities, and the project also provides training and employment opportunities for young people.

The movement collaborates with local schools to educate children on recycling and environmental protection. Juba has limited formal waste management infrastructure, leaving streets clogged with garbage before the initiative. Volunteers emphasise community pride and environmental awareness as core outcomes of the programme.
