Alqueva is een Portugees dorp in de gemeente Portel, waar de parochie Alqueva is gevestigd.
Dit dorp is vernoemd naar de Alqueva-dam in de rivier Guadiana. Alqueva is ook de thuisbasis van de grootste struisvogelboerderij van Portugal.
