There will be 12 national chefs lighting the firepit to create exclusive and unique dishes in a celebration that highlights the best of gastronomy and music in Portugal. Among these chefs are names known to the public such as José Lopes (Bonbon*), Louis Anjos (Al Sud*) and Noélia Jerónimo (Noélia).

In partnership with Vilamoura, the destination's master developer, Chefs on Fire once again aims to fulfil one of its main desires: to decentralise and share exclusive gastronomic experiences with new audiences and communities.

This edition of Chefs on Fire Vilamoura will be held in a sunset format in an unforgettable setting, where fire and sun will come together.

In this edition, the festival will pay tribute to Algarve cuisine, with some of the best and most creative chefs in the country preparing unique dishes — cooked exclusively with fire, respecting the origin of the ingredients and the gastronomic traditions of the region.

The festival ticket has a RRP of €60 and includes access to a show, as well as the possibility of trying four portions: meat, fish, vegetarian and dessert. For vegetarians, there will be a specific ticket with adapted portions.

“The Algarve stands out for its renowned gastronomy and fresh fish, bringing the true taste of the Atlantic to the table. That’s why we’ve always wanted to bring Chefs On Fire to the Algarve. Vilamoura is the perfect place for our debut in the south of the country, with its stunning beaches, award-winning marina and vibrant way of life. In addition, its privileged location and mild climate all year round make the region a perfect meeting point for travellers from all over the world,” said Gonçalo Castel-Branco, head of Chefs On Fire.
