Portugal begins its campaign in Poland, where the finals will be held against Spain on June 15, followed by clashes with England three days later and the Netherlands on the 21st.

The first and second-placed teams from each group will qualify for the semi-finals, scheduled for June 24, with the third-placed teams facing each other on the same day for the fifth and final spot in the U-20 World Cup, which will also be held in Poland, from September 5 to 27.

The final of the 2025 European Women's Championship takes place on June 27 in Rzeszów.

The Brazilians secured their qualification on April 8, after drawing (1-1) with Norway, in a game in the third round of Group A2 of qualification.

Portugal were semi-finalists in 2012, during their only appearance at the European Women's Under-19 Championship, the final phase of the 22nd edition of which will be between June 15 and 27 in Poland.
