Portugal continental registró un total de 130 incidentes relacionados con condiciones meteorológicas adversas entre la medianoche y las 17:30 horas del 22 de enero, debido al paso de la tormenta Ingrid, principalmente despejes de carreteras, árboles caídos e inundaciones, según la Protección Civil.
