Het Portugese vasteland registreerde op 22 januari tussen middernacht en 17.30 uur in totaal 130 incidenten in verband met slechte weersomstandigheden als gevolg van de doortocht van de storm Ingrid, voornamelijk wegwerkzaamheden, omgevallen bomen en overstromingen, aldus de Civiele Bescherming.
