The study involved 4500 participants from Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Mexico and Brazil. The report aimed to analyse the evolution of hybrid work globally, focusing on workers’ preferences and the impact of the models on organisational culture.
The preference of Portuguese workers for hybrid work increased by 9% compared to 2024.
