Upon entering the website, British citizens can select the BREXIT option from the available materials.
British citizens and their families, with a Temporary Residence certificate and beneficiaries of the Withdrawal Agreement in Portugal, can schedule an appointment to apply for Permanent Residency.
To obtain Permanent Residency, the beneficiary of the Withdrawal Agreement must have "legal and continuous residence," as well as "obtained and regular resources," according to the agency's Instagram post.
AIMA also says that for the application to be considered, all documents that "best suit the particular situation" must be submitted. The agency also states that "forms that do not fall within the scope of the aforementioned requirements will not be considered," namely, proof of "legal and continuous residence" and proof of "resources obtained and in good standing."

Please note that this is all wrong and the requirements for PR are not what they list according to the WA

It should be noted that this is somewhat misleading It is not an application for permanent resident status.
All beneficiaries of the Withdrawal Agreement have now acquired permanent residence status by automatic operation of the Withdrawal Agreement since they will all have been residing in Portugal for more than 5 years.
This is merely an application for a card evidencing that status.
