On Sunday, it is to become much warmer with highs of 31 degrees and on Monday it will be hotter still with highs of 34 degrees. From Wednesday it is to then cool down again to highs of 25 degrees.
The north: Heavy cloud is forecast for Saturday with highs of 25 degrees. On Sunday, the cloud cover is to clear and temperatures are to rise to 33 degrees, while it will be even hotter on Monday with highs of 35 degrees. On Wednesday, temperatures are to drop to highs of 26 degrees and there will be a chance of rain.
The centre: Clear skies are expected over the weekend with highs of 30 degrees on Saturday and of 34 degrees on Sunday. On Monday and Tuesday, there will be some slight cloud cover and thermometers are to hit highs of 36 degrees. From Wednesday, it will be feeling cooler with a chance of rain.
The south: Clear skies are forecast for Saturday with highs of 34 degrees and lows of 20 degrees. On Sunday, some cloud cover is expected with highs of 35 degrees and lows of 22 degrees. From Monday, it will be feeling cooler with daily highs of 27 degrees; however, nights will be tropical with lows of 21 degrees.
Madeira: There will be a chance of some intermittent sunshine on Saturday with highs of 25 degrees. Sunday will be overcast with a chance of rain and highs of 24 degrees. Rain is then expected from Monday.
The Azores: The weekend will be mainly overcast with some chance of sunny spells and average highs of 23 degrees. On Monday, it will be feeling slightly warmer with highs of 23 degrees. From Thursday, rain is expected to return.
