At the Descansa Pernas Parking Lot, on the Estrada de Sabóia, eight performances of “Strano” by Cirque Trottola and eight performances of “Hourvari” by Compagnie Rasposo will be presented.
These are, in the words of the “Lavrar o Mar” project, “creations that stand out for their aesthetic originality, technical rigor, and a common approach to human fragility, explored through physical risk, the play of contrasts, and a strong poetic dimension”, according to a report by Sul Informação.
In “Strano”, Cirque Trottola transports the audience to a universe of contrasts, where lightness coexists with risk and poetry with the grotesque. The show will be presented on December 22, 23, 26, 27, 30, and 31, and January 3, at 8:30 PM, and on January 4 at 4 PM.
In “Hourvari,” Compagnie Rasposo draws inspiration from the chaotic moment of a hunt where the dogs lose the trail of their prey – a metaphor that guides a reflection on our time, marked by instability, fragility, and the search for meaning.
“Hourvari” will be presented on December 26, 27, 28, 30, and 31, and January 1, 3, and 4, always at 6 PM.
Tickets are already on sale on the Lavrar o Mar website and at usual outlets, with prices ranging from €5 for children up to 11 years old to €15 for adults for each performance.
