The official inauguration is scheduled for February 13th at 10:30 AM. In the afternoon, starting at 2:30 PM, the usual XXI Conference will take place in the Fissul auditorium, dedicated to reflection and debate on relevant topics for the agricultural sector. This year's edition addresses issues including the Mercosur-European Union Agreement, the results of the Agro + Eficiente project, the status of the Água que Une initiative, and the process to update the perimeter of the Silves, Lagoa, and Portimão Hydro-agricultural Development.

On Saturday, February 14th, the program includes the workshop "The Role of Simplification and Digitalisation in the Lives of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises," promoted by the Municipality of Silves in partnership with CPPME – the Portuguese Confederation of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. The initiative takes place at 11:00 am on stage 2 of Fissul.

Throughout the weekend, the event offers a wide range of activities, including traditional music and dance performances, magic shows, puppet theatre, dedicated children's areas, and the Lovers' March, already a regional landmark. Visitors can also enjoy a wide selection of local and regional products, wines, cuisine, sweets, and handicrafts, with a strong emphasis on Silves Oranges.

In parallel, the city hosts the 10th edition of the Orange Flavour Weekend, starting on February 13th, with participating restaurants offering creative menus featuring citrus as the central element.

With free admission, the Silves Orange Capital Fair is promoted by the Silves City Council and is considered a flagship event for the municipality, aiming to promote local citrus farming, boost the economy, and reinforce the region's tourist appeal during a period of lower demand. The complete program will be released soon on the municipality's website.
