Piquet Realty Portugal announced the launch of the Nobilus residential development in Vilamoura. The real estate agency says the operation is part of its expansion strategy for the Algarve.

The development is located in the centre of Vilamoura and is characterised as a contemporary-style residential project that combines sustainability and quality of life. It is located near the Vilamoura Marina and close to beaches and renowned golf courses in the region.

Luxury development

Nobilus has 47 apartments with two to four bedrooms, ranging from 100 to 200 m2. The architecture was designed by the Fragmentos office, and prioritises comfort, efficiency and quality of finishes.

The development also has private and communal swimming pools, with apartments offering balconies, private gardens, and exclusive terraces, depending on the property purchased.
