Visitors can enjoy a diverse programme of free lectures, workshops (some paid) and a lively health market, alongside a padel tournament open to all levels. Plus nice prizes to win for padel players as well as visitors! Entrance is free!

From sound journey to spa voucher

Preparations are in full swing, as the team finalises an inspiring line-up of sessions and carefully positions exhibitors across the venue. The full schedule is now confirmed, promising a dynamic and engaging experience throughout the day.

Alongside the health fair, the event will host a padel tournament — and the prizes are truly worth playing for. One of the standout contributions comes from Vila Vita Parc, offering two exceptional prizes for the winners: a dining voucher for their renowned Adega Restaurant and a luxurious spa experience.

In addition, many exhibitors have generously contributed high-quality prizes. This has led to the introduction of an extra raffle, open to all visitors who purchase a ticket for a workshop or attend a lecture. Each participant will receive a numbered ticket, giving them the chance to win one of the many prizes. An added incentive to not just visit, but actively take part in the day’s programme. Raffle draw is at 4.30pm!
