Opened in 2024 in the south wing of São Bento Station, this iconic space returned to the city a building, previously closed to the public, which has now transformed into a gastronomic and cultural centre.
The rehabilitation project, designed by architect and Pritzker Prize winner Eduardo Souto de Moura, marked the rebirth of this space of around two thousand square meters.
To mark the occasion, all Time Out Market chefs and venues were challenged to create exclusive dishes and special offers, available only during this festive period in May. Among the proposals, there are creations such as the “Lombinho com Brás de Morcela” by Rui Paula, the “Vitelo Tonatto” by Ricardo Costa, the “Tiborna de Queijo da Serra com Ham” by Tábua Rasa, and irresistible sweets such as the “Pudim Abade de Priscos” by Casa Inês or the “Doughnut” by Brusco, among others. Time Out Bar also joins the party with the special One Year Rumble cocktail, a vibrant combination of rum, mango and lime with a touch of absinthe.

The night of 3 May promises to be memorable with the “Anda Paula” party, starting at 9pm, with free entry. The hosts of the evening will be As Três da Manhã, from Rádio Renascença, who will liven up the market with a selection of songs that span generations, from “Freedom” to “YMCA.
