Our story truly began earlier, in 2001, when we moved to the Algarve. Like many others, we were drawn by the lifestyle and beauty of the region. However, it didn’t take long to encounter something unexpected: consistently poor customer service. Time and again, we experienced a lack of communication, reliability, and genuine care. Rather than accepting this as the norm, we saw an opportunity to do things differently.

That experience became the foundation of Algarve Hot Tubs. From day one, our priority has never been financial gain. Instead, we have focused on delivering the highest standard of service, building trust with our customers, and creating lasting relationships. Every installation, every service call, and every interaction has been guided by the same principle: treat people the way we would expect to be treated.

Over the years, our commitment has driven steady growth and important milestones. In 2023, we took a significant step forward by securing a Hot Spring Spas dealership. This partnership allowed us to align our service-driven approach with one of the most respected names in the industry, further strengthening our ability to deliver premium products alongside exceptional care.
