LEDEX Forum has confirmed five speakers to date for its one-day conference for business leaders, taking place on Thursday, 15 October 2026, at Real Marina Hotel & Spa in Olhão.
The English-language event is for business owners, executives and department managers. No technical background is assumed, and every speaker has been asked to finish with a specific step attendees can put to work after the event.
Two of the confirmed speakers will examine how AI can improve the quality of a decision, rather than simply produce work faster. Alan P. Hill, a C-suite adviser, leadership strategist and global facilitator at Blue Sky Investors, will draw on 20 years of work with business owners and senior executives. In “How to Use AI to Think Better, Not Just Work Faster”, he will show how leaders can pressure-test an idea, identify blind spots and examine a choice before committing time and money.
Reimar Kosack approaches the same question from a leadership perspective. The keynote speaker, strategic sparring partner and founder of ExtraHirn will present “Stop Asking AI for Answers. Use It to Challenge the Way You Think”.
His session introduces a model for giving AI the intent and context behind a decision, then asking it to challenge the assumptions on which that decision rests. Attendees will leave with a simple loop to test at work the following week.
Business processes are the focus for Fabrizio Scoglio, CEO and founder of Kialvo Group. His session starts with a problem that often predates the arrival of any AI tool: the company has not clearly documented how its work gets done. “The Foundation Most Companies Skip - and Why AI Cannot Help Without It” will explain how to create procedures that employees and AI systems can both use. Scoglio will also share a tool for turning existing company documents into structured procedures.
Ignácio Correia will show what happens when those systems are already running. In “The Agentic Company: How to Grow Without Growing Your Team”, the SuperCognit founder will use annotated examples to explain how five AI systems support marketing, sales, research, finance, operations and client communication inside a portfolio business. He will close with a four-step process for setting up a first AI system within 30 days, including the roles, limits and approval points needed to manage it.
Diana Moura will look at how customers find companies online. Moura is the founder and CEO of ASOagent AI and Teletab.
Her talk, “How to Be Found in AI Search”, explains Generative Engine Optimisation in plain language: which sources influence answers from ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and similar services, how companies can strengthen their brand mentions, and how to measure whether the work is having an effect.
“Business owners need to hear what other companies have tried, what worked, what did not, and what they can test in their own business,” said LEDEX Forum founder Augustas Kligys.
LEDEX Forum expects more than 100 business owners and decision-makers from Portugal and across Europe. The full-day programme includes two coffee breaks and time for conversations between attendees. Lunch is included with Business and VIP passes. Further speakers will be announced.
