This is not a conference for developers or researchers. It is for the people who run companies and hear about AI every day, but still are not sure where to start. The whole day is built around a simple promise.
Every speaker finishes with at least one specific step you can try in your own business the same week.
Six speakers have now been confirmed, and each one has already done the work in their own company. Alan P. Hill will show how to use AI to think better, not just work faster. Fabrizio Scoglio will cover the step most companies skip before AI can help at all. Diana Moura will explain how customers find you through AI search. Ella Molony Cook will show how to turn what you already know into a steady stream of content. Reimar Kosack, a consultant based in Monchique, runs his entire business through AI agents and will show how to use AI to challenge the way you think about a decision. Ignácio Correia, based in Loulé, runs around 180 AI agents from a computer he built himself and will explain how to grow a business without growing the team.
The agenda will also include sessions on finding and winning new customers, and on building a brand with AI. These talks will look at how AI can handle the repetitive side of lead generation, and how to use AI to build a brand from the inside out, from its voice and values to its visual identity. More speakers will be announced in the coming weeks.
Each talk is short and focused. The speakers are not there to impress you with jargon. They are there to show what they actually did in their own companies, what worked, and what did not. You will leave with notes you can use, not just ideas you will forget on the drive home.
The event is the only full-day AI conference in the Algarve built specifically for business leaders. It is not a tech meetup, not an academic seminar, and not a room full of sales pitches. It is a working day for people who want to leave knowing what to do next.
The day is designed for conversation, not lectures. There are two coffee breaks and time to talk with other business owners who are facing the same pressure to move faster without adding more complexity. Lunch is included with Business and VIP passes.
The venue is easy to reach. Real Marina Hotel & Spa sits in Olhão, about 15 minutes by car from Faro International Airport. If you are coming from elsewhere in Portugal or from another country, you can land in the morning and be in the room before the first talk.
If you have been putting off the decision to attend, this is the moment to make it. The people who come will leave with a plan, not just inspiration. The people who stay home will keep wondering what their competitors are doing.
