Fine & Country Portugal announces the international launch of Comporta Beach Resort, one of the most eagerly awaited developments on the Alentejo coast, set directly on the beachfront on the Troia peninsula facing west overlooking the Atlantic ocean and adjoining the legendary 18-hole Troia Championship Golf Course designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. Currently under construction, Comporta Beach Resort brings together, for the first time in the area, a five-star hotel managed by Park Hyatt and a select collection of beachfront residences.

The resort comprises the Park Hyatt Comporta Hotel, incorporating 58 guestrooms and suites., Surrounding the hotel there are 37 beachfront villas ranging from two to four bedrooms, and 71 apartments with one to three bedrooms. Every unit is delivered fully furnished, the interior design concept by BAR Studio of Melbourne Australia, the same design company that has been contracted for the interior design of the Park Hyatt Comporta Hotel. Property owners will have access to an amenities package designed for both full time living and shorter stays. These will include but not be limited to: 24-hour reception & security, underground parking, no surface vehicular traffic, padel court, spa, saltwater pools, a private beach club, a children's club and a fitness centre.

The resort is located less than one hour’s drive from Lisbon Airport by motorway or alternatively by 20-minute car ferry crossing from the port of Setúbal. The resort nestles between the white sandy beach and the Troia 18-hole championship golf course. Construction is already well advanced with an onsite showroom open to the public. Almost unique in a resort development of this magnitude, the whole resort is being built at once and handover of the properties, opening of the hotel and all the facilities of the resort in targeted for Spring 2029.

A property designed for two types of investors
