It was much quieter than in summer, but still lovely to wander around and take in the view.

I like the mix of old houses and boats along the river; it gives this part of the village so much character.

Ferragudo has a slower feel at this time of year, and it was nice to enjoy it at our own pace without the summer crowds—a lovely spot for an evening stroll.
