The Atlantic Club Comporta, located near the beaches of Carvalhal and Pego, is a private condominium, an exclusive club-style community, completed with meticulous screen admission. Still under construction, the first 12 villas will be ready this summer. The second phase will be completed summer 2028.

With architecture inspired by the traditional huts of fisherman and agricultural workers in the region, in cabins, the project was designed by Jacques Grange, a world-renowned architect who, on his resume, has projects created for Sofia Coppola and Aerin Lauder. A lover of the region, Grange designed a project that celebrates the genuine Comporta lifestyle, focused on simplicity and authenticity. The Atlantic Club Comporta is made up of 24 villas spread over more than 15 hectares of land, and a “front house” structure, with reception, living room and a restaurant.
