According to the Automóvel Club de Portugal, both fuels will increase by 0.5 cents.
According to the General Directorate of Energy and Geology (DGEG), the average price of a litre of diesel in Portugal on Friday (June 6) was 1.514 euros, while petrol was 1.675 euros.
It is also possible to see that, compared to November 1, 2024, current prices reflect a drop of 5.4 cents for diesel and 3.9 cents for gasoline.
If the forecasts for next week are confirmed, the average price of regular diesel should be €1.519/l, while that of regular 95% petrol will rise to €1.70/l.
Please note that these forecasts are based on the assumption that the extraordinary tax reduction measures implemented by the government to mitigate the price increase will continue.
