Mercadinho de Loulé is an initiative of the Loulé City Council that highlights local and regional products through themed Saturday markets. It brings a fresh energy to the historic centre while supporting small businesses and local producers.

The Spring 2026 edition kicked off on 14 March and runs on selected Saturdays through June, from 10:00 to 14:00. Set in Loulé’s historic area, it blends crafts, food, and local traditions in a more contemporary, refreshed setting.

Rather than sticking to a single strict theme, each edition blends elements such as design, handmade pieces, and local gastronomy. This makes every market feel slightly different, while still staying true to its focus on local creativity and products.

Across the season, three main themes keep coming back: Traditional Pleasures and Experiences, Urban & Design Handcraft, and Recycling, Art & Flea Market. There will also be a special Easter edition on 4 April.
