Careleavers Inner Circle (CLiC), founded by former care leavers, provides counselling, career guidance and job support to young adults leaving childcare institutions. The network now has more than 3,200 members and has helped more than 1,450 young people prepare for life after care.

Under Indian law, care leavers are entitled to aftercare support until at least age 21, but many receive little assistance in practice. CLiC was created to fill that gap and has connected members with employment opportunities, documentation support and professional training. The organisation says peer support plays a key role in helping young adults navigate independence.
