Francisco Fonseca is a Porto‑based illustrator and street artist from Portugal, known for playful mural art featuring houses. His work is inspired by the architecture of Porto.

Born in Paço de Sousa (a village near Penafiel) in 1994, Fonseca studied at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto, earning a degree in Plastic Arts and a Master’s in Drawing and Printmaking.

His mural on Rua da Alegria in Porto is a large‑scale example of his house‑themed art, covering a building with a diverse palette of colours and many details that give the impression of a whole neighbourhood condensed on a single wall. The mural has been shared online, as it is a curious example of street art that adds to the cityscape, making it look more alive and filled with colour.
