Restaurants had queues outside, bars were full, and every street was filled with people enjoying the evening.

After our walk, we found a table at one of the restaurants in the main square and simply sat there for a while, watching people pass by. It's one of my favourite things to do when visiting a busy place like this. There was music, people chatting over dinner, families out for an evening stroll and holidaymakers making the most of their time in the Algarve.
