I am pleased that we have been able to continue the rides each week during this period of hot weather, the early starts really help.

Next weekend, a few of our regulars are away and I also have other commitments so I wont plan a ride for Sunday 16th August. Hopefully the next ride will be Sunday 23rd August, and I will send out an email early next week to announce details of that ride.

In the meantime, I want to make you aware of an event taking place on Friday 21st August in Lagos, where one of our regulars: Keiran, will be performing. Keiran is a guitarist and singer and this will be his first ever gig in the Algarve. I am planning to go and it would be great if a few others are able to make it.

The event is an all Day/Night Event being held in Lagos on 21/8 from 3pm until 3am the next morning the main focus is the DJ nighttime sets. The event is being held just outside Lagos on the site of Paint Out Paintball.

Entry from 3pm to 10pm is Free. There is parking on site for the Sunset time slot and Taxi Return Transfers arranged from Lagos City Centre/Marina for just 5€ throughout the afternoon/evening for people who are staying in Lagos and or are parked there for convenience. So if anyone wants to have dinner in/around Lagos and come see me beforehand they can take advantage of the taxi service and park in/around town. Not sure how this will be workout as it’s a first for them and me in an unusual location! We all have to start somewhere!

My slot is 5pm to 6.45pm after me there is a DJ and Saxophonist there will be street food/drinks etc and a Kids Play area.
