During the same period, 32.4% (50.5 thousand) of unemployed men and 27.5% (52.3 thousand) of unemployed women transitioned to employment.

Meanwhile, of the total number of people employed in the first quarter, 97.4% (5,162.1 thousand) remained employed in the following quarter, while 1.2% (63.4 thousand) transitioned to unemployment and 1.4% (75.3 thousand) moved to inactivity.
