It's a lovely spot for a little stroll, with boats in the marina, cafés and restaurants nearby, and the well-known EVA Senses Hotel overlooking the waterfront.

Right next to the marina is Jardim Manuel Bívar, a lovely public garden with palm trees, benches and plenty of space to sit and enjoy the atmosphere.

You will also find the iconic FARO sign here, where tourists are often stopping to take photos during their visit to the Algarve's capital.
