The ceremony took place on 22 October at the Royal Lancaster Hotel London, where the agency was also distinguished for its Real Estate Agency Website Portugal. In terms of marking, Fine & Country was nominated for Best Real Estate Marketing “in both European and world categories”, as mentioned in a press release sent to The Portugal News.
In the same document, Fine & Country Portugal mentions that the recognition happens in a year “of sustained investment in the brand’s communication.” The company assumes that it has strengthened its “content production in Portugal, English and French”, also betting on “its digital presence and the online experience”. The work developed “spans the markets where Fine & Country Portugal operates, from Lisbon and Cascais to Comporta and the Alentejo Blue Coast.”
“The recognition in London, in front of the international property industry, is hugely rewarding. It shows that luxury real estate in Portugal can be communicated with rigour, identity and global ambition. Our clients, buyers and sellers alike, are the first to benefit from this work,” said Charles Roberts, Managing Partner of Fine & Country Portugal.
“This award belongs to the whole team. From the outset, we believed our marketing department should tell the story of each home and its locations, not simply show a property. The European and International nominations are an incentive to keep raising the bar,” added Nuno Durão, Managing Partner of Fine & Country Portugal.
“This recognition reflects years of patient, meticulous work. Every photograph, every text and every campaign comes from knowing the places we represent well. This year was particularly demanding, and to see that our effort has been recognised internationally is very special,” commented Sandra Fernandes, Marketing Director of Fine & Country Portugal.
“We worked to make the website and every digital channel a natural extension of the Fine & Country experience. Having that journey recognised in London, alongside the world’s other leading agencies, motivates us to go further in 2027,” said Christopher Fortunato, Marketing Manager of Fine & Country Portugal.
Currently, with showrooms in Lisbon, Estoril/Cascais and Comporta, the agency highlights that its communication “is built around place, people and the way of life each property offers.”
The agency mentions that most of its clients are international buyers, who seek Portugal to live, invest or even try to find a new way to live. Fine & Country recognises its importance as “a bespoke service, with guidance at every stage of the process”, which starts before buying or selling a house.
Recently, Fine & Country has also invested in automation and AI, noting that “These technologies streamline internal processes and help develop and optimise campaigns and content, freeing time for what matters most.” Nevertheless, the company says “relationships with clients and partners, however, remain in the hands of people,” as it believes creating “strong long-term relationships” with clients can bring better results.
