Social Security received 261 thousand requests for extraordinary social support in January and February, a period during which job support was requested, covering 431 thousand workers and 83 thousand companies. According to a government document (…) of the total social support requested, 143 thousand requests were support for a reduction in work, 68 thousand were for family support and 50 thousand are extraordinary support for workers' income.
