The iconic beach swing in Quarteira has become one of the town’s most photographed spots since opening in 2022.

Located at the beginning of the eastern promenade, between Praia da Gaivota and Forte Novo beach, it offers beautiful sea views and the perfect setting to enjoy the Algarve views and sunset moments.

The swing, decorated with two heart-shaped details and the name “Quarteira”, was the first beach structure of its kind in the Algarve. Since its inauguration, it has attracted both locals and tourists seeking a unique seaside photo spot along Quarteira’s popular beachfront promenade.
