Planned for the city’s new Waterkant district, the project will showcase successful sustainability initiatives through exhibitions, art and community spaces. Organisers hope the development will encourage visitors to take positive action while promoting innovation, education and environmental awareness.

Designed by Dutch architecture firm MVRDV, the proposed building will include exhibition spaces, educational facilities, community venues and a hotel. It aims to highlight proven solutions in areas including climate, energy and circular living while serving as a hub for collaboration. Plans will now undergo public consultation before construction approvals are sought.
