Bison Bank appoints new Board of Directors for the 2026–2029 term

The Executive Committee for this term comprises four members – António Henriques (CEO), André Rendeiro (CRO), Jorge Raminhos (CTO) and Nuno Correia (CBDO) –, with complementary expertise across strategy, business development, technology, operations, financial control and internal control. António Henriques remains at the helm of the Executive Committee, ensuring continuity of the bank's strategy.

The Board of Directors now includes five non-executive directors – Bian Fang (Chairman), Issuf Ahmad (Vice-Chairman), Ana Maria Machado Fernandes, Susana Bento and Jenny Wang –, who strengthen the institution's supervisory and governance structure. Of particular note are the appointments of Ana Maria Machado Fernandes and Susana Bento, two professionals with extensive experience and strong recognition in the corporate market, whose addition enriches the bank's positioning with clients and institutional partners.
