Bathing season has been extended on Algarve beaches.

Concessions on the beaches of the Algarve were due to officially shut up shop yesterday, but to try to recover some of the damage caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, beach businesses will keep their sunbeds and lifeguards out for at least for another two weeks. This comes as temperatures of around the 30 degrees mark continue to draw bathers to the beaches.

It’s a stock image from Unsplash.com and the photo is from the Phillipines, the island of Boracay. So from the Algarve it would have needed a really, really, really, long Selfie stick. ;)
