Located 200 kilometres from
the Arctic Circle, the hotel covers a total area of 6,000 square metres and has
been rebuilt with new rooms and designs using carved ice and snow from the
local surroundings. The stunning hotel has been a landmark and huge tourist
attraction since its first opening in 1989.
