The certificates were due to expire on 15 April, but given their approaching expiration and the fact that not all pending cases have been resolved, the agency will extend their validity.
The certificate refers to documents that expired on 30 June 2025, for which renewal requests have already been made. AIMA says that the new certificate will be valid for another 60 days and can be renewed until a final decision is made and the residence permit is issued.
Therefore, citizens should keep the printed document, and for those whose process is approved, the valid document will be the "approval certificate," which has the same validity as the residence permit.
Certificates for documents that expired after 30 June and have already been asked for renewal on the new renewal portal will be available for download via a QR code. AIMA says that citizens should always carry a printed copy of the document with them to present it when necessary.

What about all the people who went to their website and did everything and still didn't get the e-mail with that document? Most people I know are in this situation. We'll become irregular because of AIMA.

This looks like a good news. But the opposite is true. AIMA IS Making people
LEGALLY IlLEGAL. It is understandable to require time to approve the granting of first time residence. What is so amazing is the inexplicable inability to renew an already established residence permit. Many are waiting for 14-18 months just to get a document renewed.

Do you have a direct source of this extension until June 2026?
