According to the Portuguese Institute of the Sea and the Atmosphere (IPMA), this warning will be in effect from 12 pm to 9 pm on 16 June and from 12 pm to 9 pm on 17 June.

IPMA forecasts for 16 June on the mainland mostly clear skies, with showers inland during the afternoon, more likely in the North and Central regions, where they may be heavy at times and accompanied by thunderstorms and occasionally hail.

The forecast also indicates light to moderate winds from the north quadrant, the possibility of morning fog or mist in some locations, especially along the North and Central coast, and a slight increase in maximum temperatures.
