Weather warning issued in mainland Portugal due to high temperatures

Seven districts in mainland Portugal will be under a yellow warning between 20 and 21 June due to the forecast of hot weather, according to the Portuguese Institute of the Sea and the Atmosphere (IPMA).

The districts of Bragança, Évora, Guarda, Vila Real, Beja, Castelo Branco and Portalegre will be under a yellow warning due to the persistence of high maximum temperatures between 9 am on Saturday, 20 June, and 6 pm on Sunday, 21 June.
