Zurich has voted to reduce the price of an annual transport pass, with 63 percent of residents in favour.

The “VBZ subscription for 365 francs” calls for the cost of a second-class annual pass for public transport in the city centre to cost CHF365 per year for adults, and CHF185 for children and young people.
As the annual public transport subscription currently costs CHF809, that would be a reduction of CHF444 per year (almost 55 percent).
