According to Bloomberg, Tekever is in talks with existing and new investors to raise funds to support its expansion plans and acquisitions. If completed, the deal would increase the company’s valuation from the 1.2 billion euros it reached in May last year.

In the United Kingdom, the company announced a five-year investment plan of more than 400 million euros last year, including 1,000 jobs. Since then, it has bought West Wales Airport, opened a production unit in Swindon and launched a new hub in Bristol.

The United Kingdom is one of Tekever’s main customers. In July, the British Ministry of Defence announced plans to buy 400 million pounds worth of Tekever AR5 drones over the next decade under Project Corvus.

In Portugal, the company has recently signed contracts with the Air Force and Maritime Police and acquired Portuguese startup Cloudsweep.

The company has also increased its investment in France, doubling its planned investment to 200 million euros and creating 200 jobs over five years. Tekever is also expanding in Ukraine, Estonia and the United States.
